Why do we not charge a fee?
We will receive commission from Commission paid by Insurers. The commission paid by Insurers adequately compensates us for the work that we must do for you. We do not therefore need to charge a fee.
Your insurer will charge an administration fee on all insurances except household insurance. It will be included within the monthly premiums. You will be notified in advance of the amount which varies according to the insurance cover provided.

We charge no fees up-front and we will notify you of our fee before you incur any charge – so you can confidently complete our enquiry forms without worrying that you will be charge for doing so.
We do charge a fee for providing recommendations, advice and arranging a mortgage. The amount we charge depends upon your individual circumstances, but you will only be charged for the work that we necessarily do on your behalf.
We will assess the work needed to complete your mortgage application and charge a fee accordingly. You will be told of the fee before we undertake any work for which we will charge a fee. Our fees vary from £200 to £1500. Typically our fee for a residential mortgage is £250. Higher fees are likely where there is additional work because of impaired credit.
The fee becomes payable on application for a mortgage. Collection of the fee is normally delayed until completion of the mortgage.
We will also receive commission from the Lender. This will vary from case to case. Again you will be informed at the outset of the amount of commission that we will receive, unless this is below £250

We understand that you will want to keep your costs to a minimum, and we believe it makes sense for us also to keep our costs to you as low as we can - so we endeavour to do just that. Providing best advice and ensuring that your mortgage application progresses to completion does come at a considerable cost to us. Remember you will only be charged for work that we necessarily do on your behalf.
